I am delighted to have two etchings selected for this wonderful exhibition. One of the selected pieces will be ‘Places that whisper’, a new circular etching.
“Our Annual Printmaking Competition illuminates the diverse spectrum of printmaking techniques, encompassing both traditional and contemporary methods, and provides a platform to honor and celebrate excellence in printmaking today. Wells Art Contemporary

I was over the moon to hear that my etching ‘May the path rise up to meet you had been selcted to hang in this prestigous contemporary art exhibition in the first Gothic cathedral in England.
As well as a white wall gallery on three sides of the Cloisters there are amazing site-specific art installations around and outside of the building.

It was quite an experience to be asked about this subject, reflect and work out what it meant for me. I’m hugely grateful for the coverage and for introducing me to a new set of artists and art appreciators.

An international collaborative printmaking project by The Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative (GPC) and the Swedish printmaking association,, Grafiska Sällskapet.
The Gallery presents the results of the collaborative process, showing prints that illustrate the trust that has developed between the printmakers. It is fascinating to see how the various pairings have brought their ideas together working in close harmony.

Printed in Stroud showcases the work of a group of printmakers based at the GPC (Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative) a unique printmaking facility located in Stroud Gloucestershire. The exhibition will feature prints made using a variety of techniques.
Joining the GPC for this exhibition are members of Stroud Artists Book who create exquisite handmade, fine art books.
This exhibition is a must-see for anyone who admires the skill of the fine art printmaker.
I’ll be showing a group of 5 etchings, all made this year. Framed and unframed prints available to purchase.

Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2023

The Summer Exhibition is the annual celebration of art and artists, run without interruption since 1769 and the world’s largest open submission exhibition
This year, celebrated British painter David Remfry RA takes the reins as exhibition co-ordinator. Remfry’s Summer Exhibition will explore the theme Only Connect, taken from the famous quote in Howards End by E.M. Forster.

A collaboration between 39 graphic artists from members of the Graphic Society (GS) and the Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative (GPC) in the UK
What a wonderful journey this project has been. The exhibition celebrates all our prints coming together in the Swedish Graphic Society’s Gallery. Here I am pictured with my print partner Ulla-Carin Winter and our prints that respond to each other’s practice and advice.
A return exhibition will be held in Cheltenham, 23rd Nov - 6th Dec 2023, details to follow.

The Society of Women Artists 162nd Annual Open Exhibition 2023

I’m looking forward to this wonderful opportunity to show a drawing inspired by the Cornish coastline. Initial sketches and photos were taken at Portcothan Beach. The Portal shown here is a rock arch where visitors leave decorated, commemorative and memorial pebbles - providing a gateway for us to share in the lives and memories of others.

I am delighted to be working with Jenny Palmer (GS) to coordinate this amazing exchange project.
The 41 printmakers selected for this project are from Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative (GPC) and Grafiska Sallskapet (GS), Sweden. We’ve all been paired up with a printmaker who has shared aesthetic interests and we're working toward to exhibiting together in 2023.
